Calculate the height ratio of the same components between samples.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

PROCEDURE

1. Create a custom field referring to the following settings.
Formula: Height/B.%.% (Height)
* The formula is to divide the height of each peak from each sample by the peak height of the same name from the sample that is labeled as B.

2. Specify B in the Label column of the sample set for the sample thatis the denominator of the formula.
To enter in the sample set after the measurement is finished, right-click the sample set on the “Sample Set” tab and enter from “Alter Sample”.

3. Process the sample set.
