• No amounts calculated for correctly identified peaks in Empower
• Calibration standards were run prior to the unknowns, but in a different sample set

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The calibration standards were run in another project, so there is no calibration curve associated with the processing method being used to process the unknowns.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run the standards again in the correct project.
2. Process the unknowns again.
