- Project restored contains no data or method and it is set to lock

CAUSE
The backup project contains 2 TB of tablespace, but the Empower computer has only 117 GB of available space.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Expand the hard drive to accommodate 2-TB tablespace for the project.
