SYMPTOMS
- When attempting to review data from an Empower client, the message "Data Missing" appears in the Empower Review window
- Reviewing the same data from another Empower client works correctly
- Mapping a drive from the client to the data share was successful
- Test File Service and Test Share both work from the client
- WatersService is running and using the local System account
- Client is in the same domain as the data share and database server
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Remove the client PC from the domain.
- Reboot the client PC.
- Add the client PC back to the domain.
