Collected data not visible in Empower - WKB84764

SYMPTOMS

• Collected data is not visible in project window
• Run Samples shows sample set completed
• Run Samples displays chromatograms during acquisition

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower (all versions)

CAUSE

1. The date on the PC is incorrect. Data has incorrect Acquisition Date.
2. User is collecting the data in the parent project instead of the desired child project. 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Correct the date on the PC.
2. Remove parent project access for users to prevent data generation in parent project.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

IT had recently worked on this computer and did not set the date correctly.
