With Empower 3, SQT for Software shows only four pages of IQ report - WKB83523

SYMPTOMS

• Incomplete report - Running SQT for Software on a LAC/E shows only four pages of an IQ report; running Verify Files shows the complete report

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The NODE name in the Empower Configuration Nodes list is case-sensitive. You must make sure that it matches the LAC/E name exactly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. As an Empower Administrator, from the server, delete the LAC/E from the Node List.
2. Add the Node by browsing the network to find it.
3. Rerun the SQT for Software IQ report.
