• 7890 shows "NO" in the status OK column of node properties
• Can ping the instrument
• The instrument control panel is grayed out (unavailable)

CAUSE

Corrupt driver

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove Agilent ICF
2. Reboot the LAC/E.
3. Reinstall Agilent ICF
4. Reboot the LAC/E.
