SYMPTOMS
- When logging in to Empower, an error occurs: "Sorry, you cannot do an update to database version 7.20.00.00 from database version 7.21.00.00. You must do a full install"
- This error occurs after a fresh installation of Empower on a LAC/E32
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Enterprise
CAUSE
The LAC/E32 version of Empower is a lower version than the environment.
For example, the PC has Empower 3 Feature Release 2 installed while the environment has Empower 3 Feature Release 2 Hotfix 1.
FIX or WORKAROUND
On the new LAC/E32, install the same version of Empower that is in the environment.
