I cannot process my data in Empower - WKB80944

SYMPTOMS

• Can manually process the data in Empower when bringing the data into the Review window
• Nothing happens when trying to batch process the data from the Sample Set tab in the Project window

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Empower 2
• Empower 3 Personal
• Empower 3 Workgroup
• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

Processed data is buffering on the LAC/E, causing the processing to hang up.

You can see the data trying to process in the buffering folder (C:\Empower\Instrument Server\(System Name)\(Server Name)\Defaults).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reboot the LAC/E.
