SYMPTOMS
- QSM control panel is unavailable in the Empower Run Samples window
- This occurs with multiple QSMs on one acquisition client
- Can successfully ping the QSM modules
- Cannot reset the QSM
- Can control all other components of the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class system

CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Close all Empower windows.
- Double-click and run the StopAcquityprocesses.cmd. (See article 13593.)
- Reboot the acquisition client (PC) and the system in the correct order. (See article 1507.)
- Launch Empower.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some scenario removing instruments from the computer, then reinstalling Waters driver pack and configuring chromatography system issue fixed.
