Only a portion of the sample set shows processed results in Empower - WKB7983

SYMPTOMS

• Sample set is set to Run and Report
• The Processing column is set to Normal for each line in the sample set
• Only a portion of the sample set shows processed results
• Message Center shows a Recovered Sample Set message for the sample set in question
• Recovery Log shows that the LAC/E was in buffering at the time right after the last result was processed

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Enterprise

CAUSE

LAC/E was in buffering at the time the sample set ran.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Reprocess the sample set.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To prevent this scenario, change the processing mode to Don't Process or Report in the Processing column of the sample set.

Or

Change the the processing mode to Don't Process or Report in the Processing column of the sample set and add a line at the end of the sample set for Calibrate and Quantitate with the processing set to Normal.
