The isocratic solvent composition table is missing from the instrument method report for Agilent ICF - WKB7980

SYMPTOMS

• With ICF version A.02.03 DU1 HF2, when the instrument method report is included in the report method for the Agilent LC quaternary pump, the solvent composition table is missing from the report
• Also reported as 54631 for binary pump.

Empower 3 software defect

Check the Waters website links for status:

• Software Defect 54659 for Quaternary pump
• Software Defect 54631 for Binary pump

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A workaround is to create a single line gradient table instead of using an isocratic entry.
