Audit trail does not capture correct reason comment when changing a custom text field in Alter Sample - WKB7969

SYMPTOMS
- In Alter Sample, after a custom text field (for example, Column Serial number) is changed, the users saves the Sample Set and includes a comment. This comment is not reflected in the Audit Trail.
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3 Feature Release 2
CAUSE
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Upgrade to Empower 3 Service Release 2 as PCS 52479 is corrected in this version.
