FIX or WORKAROUND

The defect is corrected in Empower 3 Feature Release 5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

·        Intermittent network issues prevented the channel or injection statuses from updating properly, causing the Channel Status or Injection Status to incorrectly read Data Incomplete or Incomplete, respectively. You could view and process the incomplete data after it was verified by a privileged user. (CRI-264)

·        If an injection was being acquired while the sample set was transitioning into buffering mode, and if that injection is then processed or viewed in Review or Preview before buffering recovery is complete, the Channel Status may be incorrect. (CRI-269)
