Empower error: The file samplelistinterface.txt could not be opened - WKB758

SYMPTOMS

• Starting an Empower run and getting a pop-up error after the normal message that says: "Preparing for injection" and the instrument begins to setup.
• The error is - The file samplelistinterface.txt could not be opened. Confirm that the file exists and is not read only.
• Clicking OK causes a second error message that says: "The file could not be opened".

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower
• SQD
• Personal Workstation
• Empower server

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

• Reboot the Lace box
• Cold start the Empower Personal Workstation and try the run again.
