SYMPTOMS

• "Summary group contains information that does not match the data being reported" error when opening a report in Empower
• This error occurs for any result set taken into preview publisher with the report
• In a previous project, you can view the report correctly
• In the message center, there are errors for OCI Invalid Handle and ORA 00904

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Custom fields from the previous project were not copied over to the new project.

The custom fields exist in the report.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Copy the custom fields into the new project.
2. If the fields are calculations, reprocess the data.
3. Bring the result set, or results, into preview publisher and the table will be populated.
