CAUSE

A newer than expected version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) is already installed on the target computer.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Remove the existing version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86) package.
2. Install Empower Inventory Viewer components.
