Just keep in mind that if you have a new system (with Agilent Infinity II modules, for example; refer to release notes for ICF 3.1), it is supported only via ICF 3.1 (with A.02.05 framework), so if the LAC/Es are on ICF 3.0 (with A.02.04 update), it won’t work.
We also see issues with the Agilent GC control panel flickering in ICF 3.0, which is fixed in ICF 3.1, so if you have a GC that is something to keep in mind.

As far as methods go, if the methods were created in Citrix with ICF 3.0 prior to upgrade to ICF 3.1 and are not corrupted, and if the system configuration hasn’t changed since the method was created, it should be fine.
