ANSWER
An Empower User Type is a parameter assigned to individual Empower User accounts. The User Type has privileges, which may be customized, that are given to the User account. Multiple User Types may be assigned to a single User account, which gives the user a choice of type when logging into the software.
- When logging into Empower, enter user name/password, then select [advanced>>] to select type
Empower has default Administrator user types, for whom no privileges can be modified
