SYMPTOMS

• A custom field is not calculating for all results in Empower
• Peak names were addressed via KCS article WKB5704, but it did not resolve this issue

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

A custom field contained within the main custom field of interest was not populated, resulting in lack of calculation.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Address the custom fields within the main field to ensure that the fields are populated with values.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Ensure that the raw data channel is being reprocessed after the custom field is created.
