Custom field not calculating for results in Empower - WKB71912

SYMPTOMS

• Custom field is not calculating for all results of Empower
• Peak names were addressed via KCS article WKB 5704, but it did not resolve this issue

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

A custom field contained with in the main custom field of interest was not populated, resulting in the custom field not calculating.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Address the custom fields within the main field to make sure the fields are populated with a value.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Make certain that the raw data channel is being reprocessed after the custom field is created.
