- cannot "alter sample" in Empower software
- error message: extract any selected sample failure
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Sample list is still running
Sample list was aborted when it was running
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Wait for the sample list to be finished.
- If the sample list had already finished and you still cannot alter the sample, try to copy that data to another project.
- Alter the sample list in another project, process, then copy the result back if needed.
