ANSWER

1. The Sample Set Current ID is used for tracking the current ID for a sample set. It was added when the process-only sample set feature was introduced in Empower 3.
2. The Integration PM ID is a Result field used to show the ID of the processing method used to integrate the result, which can be different from the processing method ID used to calibrate or quantitate the result. This was added in Empower 3 FR2 and is applicable when processing a sample set with Use Existing Integration selected.
3. The Second Channel ID is a Result field used to show the ID of the second channel selected when using Derived Channel Switch To Operator to create a new channel. This feature was added in Empower 3 FR2.
