Empower SQT is queueing up, but not printing. - WKB6776

SYMPTOMS

• User is able to log into SQT via Configuration Manager and start a qualification process on a selected node.
• Empower says that the job is queued, but it never prints.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE

The user running the SQT did not have access to the projects needed for SQT to run correctly to completion.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Went into project properties and gave the correct user access to the project.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Empower uses the projects Valid_OQ1 and Valid_OQApex when running standard SQT. The user initiating the SQT job must have access to these projects.
