SYMPTOMS

• Unable to process AUX Channels or Pump pressure
• AUX Channels derived method set, even though unable to process the sample set
• Oracle Error "ORA-01426: numeric overflow" appears in message center
• Unable to save the result, manual process for AUX channels

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 FR2 SR2 HF2, FR4 SR3

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Process the sample set without AUX and Pressure channels.
2. Recreate the processing method from scratch using the Processing Method Wizard instead of manually entering integration values.
