Empower method is unlocked after selecting Cancel in the dialog for typing comments - WKB57447

SYMPTOMS

System policies are set for the Empower project to require comments for method changes
Select Method Properties for a locked method, click the Unlock button
Cancel from the Comments dialog, where comments and password for identity confirmation may or may not have been specified
Select either Cancel or OK from the method properties
The method is unlocked
There is an Unlocked Method audit record, but the method version and comments are the same as for the last saved method
There is no Modified Method audit record, which is normally expected after the unlock action when the method is saved as a new version

This defect was filed as CRI-218.

The method must be locked again if that is the necessary setting.

This defect is fixed in Empower 3.8.0.
