SYMPTOMS

• All projects are slow to process
• When you open Review from Sample Set, it takes a while to open
• Occasionally, the review data shows a "not responding" message

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4)
• 2D data using PDA 

CAUSE

Automatically Apply Method Set is selected, but the Method Set name is missing from the Method Set Options.

FIX or WORKAROUND

In the review window click on Options > Method set options > Select the Method Set name or use the acquisition method set.
