Sample set does not load in the Run Samples window of Empower - WKB5720

SYMPTOMS

• In the Run Samples window, the load icon is clicked and Load using a previously created sample set method is selected. After OK is clicked, no sample sets populate the window

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

• The project's maximum number of preferences have been saved to the project.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace preferences with those of a working project:

1. Go to Configuration Manager and click on View > Copy Preferences.
2. Copy the preferences of a working project into the project that has the problem.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When copying the preferences, you must select a user source and a user, in addition to the project preferences. (The user source and the user can be the same if you do not want to change the user preferences.)
