Lock status incorrect for different method versions in Empower - WKB57172

SYMPTOMS

When locking a method under method properties, all versions are shown as locked if logged in as the same user who created each version of the method.
For example:
- If User1 locked the method and all method versions were created by User1, all method versions have the locked check box.
- If the method had one version created by User1 and all other versions show a method modified user as User2, the lock check box shows only for the version created by User1.

This is currently working as designed.
