Slice by retention time in GPC showing 1% interval using Empower.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• GPC

PROCEDURE

1. Bring your data into review and process it.
2. Go to the results window (click Window > Results).
3. Select the injection on the left-hand side. Ensure that the tab says “Distribution” at the bottom of the top table.  
4. In the drop-down windows, it should say Broad in the first one. In the second, change it to say “Slice by Retention Time”.  
5. In the window directly to the right, you can make the software slice 100 times.
6. If you set the slice table to show 100 slices, it will show the table in 1% intervals according to the Cumulative %.
