Error "ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace USER DATA" when cloning projects in Empower 3 - WKB54832

SYMPTOMS

• Error "ORA-01536: space quota exceeded for tablespace USER_DATA" appears in message center of Empower when cloning projects
• Cloning cannot be done
• USER_DATA tablespace looks good

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 Feature Release 1

CAUSE

Defect PCS 42359 

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Upgrade to Empower 3 Feature Release 2; if upgrade is not an option, clone the projects individually.
2. You can clone the parent project, clone the sub-projects individually, and then open the project properties and there assign the parent to the sub-projects. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Starting with Empower 3 FR2, the release notes say that "when you clone project hierarchies, configuration manager now allocates the cloned sub-projects the same amount of tablespace as that allocated for the original sub-projects".
