SYMPTOMS

• Sample set contains extra injection for a vial with Injection ID=0
• Message center shows error "Oracle Fetch error with schema W_FTO2QC_AMC_OCTOBER18_000 trying to get next valid ID, ID returning = 0"
• Backup and restoration of a sample set from this project does not reflect the additional injection; only the live project displays the additional injection
