- Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4) personal workstation
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- On your PC, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Stop and start the OracleServiceEMPOWER service and the OracleEmpowerOracle12cTNSListener service.
- Log in to Empower again.
