ENVIRONMENT

  • Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4) personal workstation

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. On your PC, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
  2. Stop and start the OracleServiceEMPOWER service and the OracleEmpowerOracle12cTNSListener service.
  3. Log in to Empower again.
