There is no limit on storage; it depends on the size of the disk.

For an Empower 3 FR4 personal workstation, the free hard disk space requirements are as follows:

2 GB for the Empower 3 FR4 application

13 GB for the Oracle/Empower database (new installations)

23 GB for the Oracle/Empower database (upgrades)

Minimum: 5 GB of free disk space, to accommodate projects

For enterprise, the project size within Empower has no defined size limit other than 32 GB per Oracle database file.
