Empower Walk-Up interface does not honor READ ONLY project lock status - WKB52318

SYMPTOMS

• User can acquire data in a locked project via Walk-Up interface

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Read-only, locked project
• Walk-Up (open access) interface

CAUSE

Projects locked for "Read Only" activities should not allow addition or modification of data. The Pro and Quickstart interfaces behave as expected and allow viewing but not addition or modification of data. The Walk-Up interface allows acquisition of data into a "Read Only" locked project. There is an error in the way the common code (which blocks access) is applied in the Walk-Up interface; it does not completely lock out the user for Read Only.
