Unknown channels are collecting using Agilent Intuvo 9000 GC with Empower 3 - WKB51317

SYMPTOMS

• Running a sample set with more than one injection per line times out at the start of the second injection
• Multiple unknown channels are collecting for the second injection of the line in the sample set
• Stopping the sample set and restarting it at the second injection of the line brings the same result: the injection runs as normal, but then when going to the next injection of the line in the sample set, it times out, resulting in unknown channels

CAUSE

Defect (PCS #56603)

FIX or WORKAROUND

Include only one injection per line of the sample set.

Upgrade to ICF Support Layer v3.2 and Agilent ICF 2.6 Update 2.
