SYMPTOMS
- Cannot uninstall Empower
- Error: oci.dll file not found
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
CAUSE
The installation of Empower was interrupted.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Uninstall any ICOPs, note that the error may reoccur on each module uninstall, continue through error messages . Reboot PC and retry uninstall of Empower.
- If error persists reinstall Windows and Empower.
