- None of the Wyatt GPC system components is communicating with Empower
- All instruments show "OK? No" in Node Properties
ENVIRONMENT
- Wyatt GPC system
- Empower
CAUSE
Instrument and LAC/E (computer) were not rebooted in the proper order.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Reboot the system according to the steps listed in KCS 1507- What is the proper order to power on instruments in an Empower system?
- Once communication is established, all instruments show "OK? Yes" in Node Properties.
