The Wavelength Accuracy SQT Report does not fully populate the Wavelength Accuracy Results table or the Chromatographic Peak Results table in Empower - WKB47118

SYMPTOMS

• The Wavelength Accuracy Results table in the Wavelength Accuracy SQT Report does not contain Lambda Max or Lambda Max Pass/Fail values

• The Chromatographic Peak Results table in the Wavelength Accuracy SQT Report does not contain Channel Name values

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

The SystemsQT license is not installed or expired.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Install the SystemsQT option and reprocess the Wavelength Accuracy Sample Set.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the results do not populate after installing the license reboot the LAC/E or PC and reprocess.
