Empower "abort and continue to next line" function is not working with Agilent ICF Support 3.0 - WKB46888

SYMPTOMS

• During an acquisition, when a user selects "abort and continue to next line", Empower does not continue to the next injection, and an instrument failure message appears

•  Message in the message center and the diagnostic log: "Starting analysis aborted via CAN"

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• Agilent ICF Support 3.0
• Agilent ICF Support 3.1
• Agilent ICF A02.04

CAUSE

Unknown. This issue was opened as defect PCS 56518.

FIX or WORKAROUND

This issue was fixed in ICF v3.2.
