• If you need the media for Headspace Control Option Version 3.0, you can order it using part number 667005212.
• If customer is not on a software plan, order part number - 176003953    1    Empower Headspace Control v3.0 w/o plan  

• HCO 3.0 will work with Empower 3 FR1 in Workgroup/Enterprise environment. The release notes do not list it because it was never tested with that version.Technically, because we never tested the version, it remains unsupported, but it does work with that version.

• Minimum firmware required is : A.01.07.1 per Agilent Instrument Control Framework (ICF) Support Version 3.0 Release Notes 

•  A.01.06 (minimum) firmware required per Headspace Control Option Version 3.0
