- IP address, MAC address, and Name are present in the Waters DHCP configuration window
- Can ping the IP address and get reply
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 2 Feature Release 5
- Empower 3
- Client server
- ACQUITY PDA detector
- MassLynx
- ACQUITY UPLC controlled by Waters Driver Pack
CAUSE
The appropriate driver is not installed, is corrupt, or was removed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Install the driver following the appropriate release notes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If driver is installed, reseat the ethernet cable connectors on both ends.
