The license type or platform associated with the serial number (that is, Base, Named User, System Control, SQT, Workstation, Enterprise) does not match the field in which the serial number was entered.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Verify the license type and platform associated with the serial number.
- Confirm that you have chosen the correct software version and platform in the licensing wizard.
- Confirm that you are entering the serial number in the correct field in the licensing wizard.
If you use the Back button to navigate backwards in the licensing wizard, the software version is sometimes reset to the default value of Empower 2.
