No results are processed in Empower 3 - WKB4031

SYMPTOMS

• Processing a sample set yields no result set.

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Sample Set linkage is corrupted.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Verify that the free project tablespace is at least 10 Mb. If not, increase it by another 50 Mb in Configure the System, Project Properties.
2. If you are still unable to process the Sample Set as a whole, process the Sample Set's channels individually.
3. Acquire the next Sample Set using a new Sample Set Method from scratch instead of using the old Sample Set Method.
