SYMPTOMS

Acquire PDA and MS data
Run and report data
Report displays error message for PDA data, and no plot appears
MS spectrum index report is OK

CAUSE

The PDA data acquired was single-wavelength 2D data; the spectrum index report uses 3D data.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Edit the instrument method to acquire 3D data.
Run and report.
