Unable to make a 20µL injection on the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class - WKB3154

SYMPTOMS

• "Please enter a value between 0.0 and 10.0 for this item" message observed when entering 20 µL for injection volume

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC H-Class
• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager-FTN with 50 µL extension loop

CAUSE

Configuration set incorrectly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. After installing the desired extension loop, you must modify the loop volume configuration.

In the ACQUITY UPLC Console, select Sample Manager - FTN from the system tree, and then select Configure > Volumes. Select the appropriate extension loop size from the list in the dialog box, and then click OK.
