Retention Time and Retention Time Ratio fields are missing in reports copied to new projects in Empower - WKB31389

SYMPTOMS

• Retention Time and Retention Time Ratio fields are missing in reports copied to a newly created project
• Old projects display retention time and retention time ratio correctly 
• Fields are also missing in Review 
• Migration time is displayed in Review

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3 

CAUSE

CE/CIA option is enabled in the project. This changes retention time fields to migration time fields.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Disable the CE/CIA option in the project properties. Retention time will appear in the review window as well as in the report.
