- "BusLAC/E driver not loaded" in Empower node properties for BusLAC/E status
- Cannot communicate with IEEE instruments
- Empower 3 computer did not previously have IEEE instruments connected
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
- BusLAC/E
CAUSE
BusLAC/E driver is not loaded on the computer.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Load the BusLAC/E driver. See KCS 4389 for instructions.
- If the BusLAC/E driver is loaded and there is still an issue, open the computer and reseat the BusLAC/E card.
