Empower error: Cannot save a result produced by processing a partially collected Chromatogram - WKB3096

SYMPTOMS

• Reviewing a sample set that contained 532 injections
• Applying processing method and then saving results
• Get the error "Cannot save a result produced by processing a partially collected Chromatogram" when trying to save results
• Sample set ran to completion

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Low database tablespace for project

FIX or WORKAROUND

Increase the Quota for the Database Tablespace:

1. Select Configure the System.
2. Select Projects on the left-hand side.
3. Highlight the project.
4. Right-click and select "Properties".
5. Change the value of the Database Tablespace Quota. (Example was at 100 MB with only 1 MB Free; increased Quota to 166 MB.
