SYMPTOMS

  • Cannot delete an Empower node in Configuration Manager on a LAC/E box

ENVIRONMENT

  • LAC/E
  • LAC/E32
  • Empower
  • Citrix

CAUSE

You cannot delete a node if the user is logged into that node.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Log out of the LAC/E box.
  2. Go to a thin client and log in to Empower via Citrix.
  3. Delete the Empower node.
