Locating Licenses in the Digital Delivery Portal using the Entitlement ID

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3
• UNIFI Network
• waters_connect
• MassLynx

PROCEDURE

From your Profile, click on ‘Download Software Entitlements’ link (1):

When in the Software Portal, Click on Orders (1):

Click on the ‘Q Search’ link (1):

 

Copy the Entitlement ID(s) from the email that you would have received from Waters.
Paste this into the ‘Entitlement ID:’ search box (1) and click ‘Search’ button (2):

 

You will now be shown any matching licenses part of the entitlement ID search for (1).  The new digital license serial numbers will be displayed in the ‘Serial Number’ column (2):

Digital licenses can be activated in exactly the same way as with the old format of licenses.
